C:\ST\STM32CubeIDE_1.0.0\STM32CubeIDE\uninstall.exe was detected by Kaspersky Antivirus as "probably" infected by "HEUR:Trojan.Win32.Cosmu.gen". Question: Does this accident is false detection?
Best regards.

As we just recently launched we're not very known among the antivirus softwares.
We're aware of the problem and it's listed under "known problems" in our Release Note (RN0114:(
"Anti-virus tools may be sensitive to STM32CubeIDE and bundled exe files despite the addition of vendor certificates since it is not yet deployed widely."
We hope to prove our trust in the coming releases!

I have STM32CubeIDE 1.6.1 installed and Kaspersky Antivirus finds the UDS:Trojan.Win32.Cosmu virus in the uninstall.exe file, detection accuracy: exactly. I tried to install STM32CubeIDE 1.8.0, Kaspersky also found a virus in the file and removed it. All distributions were downloaded from st.com.
ST, I think something needs to be done about it.
