Is ST providing any migration notes from STM32L0 to STM32U0?

I have an application that is currently using an STM32L0. Is the ST team planning any migration notes?

Yes we will be offering an application note that deals with migration topics from our STM32L0 to STM32U0 device family. It will become available in coming weeks.
