I’m working on a smart automation system for multi-unit rental properties using STM32WB series MCUs. I want to integrate wireless communication (BLE/Zigbee) with ST’s intelligent power switches (like IPS series) to control lighting and power outlets remotely.
Has anyone here done something similar? I’m especially interested in:
Handling power-up and fail-safe states
Firmware strategies to sync wireless signals with physical switching
Any tips on isolating channels for safety in multi-tenant environments
