i am using the stm32wb55rev6.how can we able to drive the rf transmit mod external power amplifier (PB0) to control the rf.
Is there any other things we should do in the cubemx other than enabling the rf?
please share the document if it is there.

Hello @TejasK 

To drive the RF Transmit mod external PA, you have to follow the HW and SW steps mentioned on the AN5395.

PS: For now, you need to manually implement the configuration since it is not yet available using the STM32CubeMX V6.15.0. It will be supported on the future.

we are using the sky66114 ic as the power ampilfierthen also will it be the same case or different.in this sky66114 ic there are around 5 pins CSD,CTX,CHL,CRX,CPS.Then how should we connect these pins?

So, you should refer to the datasheet of the sky66114 to understand how those pins should be connected. After that, you need to implement it on you HW and SW.
