hci_user_evt_proc call in interrupt for STM32WB

it is ok to call hci_user_evt_proc function (STM32WB), from an interrupt, for example SysTick_Handler ?

We don't experience any suspicious behavior related to this. So I think it's safe to have that ble event handler in SysTick ISR.
