do you have any advice for me to safe my programing?

what can i do to prevention people that they be not able to access my programing?

It is quite easy to prevent someone from accessing your data in the STM32F429 - use a technique called PCROP (Proprietary Code Readout Protection), for which there is a chapter in the reference manual RM0090.
