We use some STM32F765GT6 on a project that will be duplicated in a small series (100) and we wonder about its obsolescence perspectives.

Extremely dire. Completely vanished and already forgotten, this part number does not exist anymore.

I was wrong sorry but the micro is a STM32F765ZGT6, I forgot the z.

Can you tell me about its obsolescence?

As the table linked above shows, it will be available at least 10 years from Jan 2019, i.e. until Jan 2029.
