Video streaming on STM32F429 Disc board

Hi All,

Board : 

STM32F429I-DISC1      

I am trying to video stream using a camera onto the LCD of this DISC1 board. I read that the LCD used in this board has two layers layer0 and layer1. So is it possible to do video streaming using live camera just using one layer of LCD that is Layer 1 or Layer 0 instead of two. 

Looking forward for suggestions.
