Posted on December 10, 2013 at 13:07I have a problem that rarely 1 sector of my FLASH is erase but not written again. I use to rewrite this sector at power up by erase it and write new data in it. The problem is that I don't know when it happen. I make suspect at the power supply level.
1. Is it could be that lower power supply can do it?
2. Using the BOR option can help against it?
3. I look to find how much extra current take the BOR enable option but I didn't fine in the datasheet (STM32F205ZC). Where I can fine such data?
