USB Device not recognized unless using debug tool (Ride7)

I have a problem with the USB example when using Ride7 as development enviroment. When compiling and building the regular way the USB device is unknown by Windows, but when I use the debug tool in Ride7 everything works out fine.

Has anyone else encountered this problem? And if so, what was the solution?
