we are using STM32F479IIT6 in our design as below,
1.USB 2.0 full speed
2.Self powered
3.As device
Could you clarify on the following points,
1.what is default configuration of OTG_FS_ID(left unconnected,GND or pullup)
2.since it is self powered, there is no need of 5V supply(VBUS is used for sensing of host connection)
Thanks,
Arun D.

Hi

,unconnected.
which covers the most important points that should be taken into consideration when using the USB peripheral embedded inside the STM32 MCUs. Section &39Hardware guidelines for USB implementation -> USB FS upstream port&39 explains the hardware requirements for a correct operation of the USB peripheral in device mode

Hi Khouloud,
I have referred the attached application note however it is not mentioned about OTG_FS_ID, also given snapshot below.
As ID pin is required in OTG applications only, can with go with unconnected.
Kindly help us in getting configuration of OTG_FS_ID in USB 2.0 full speed as a device/peripheral.
Thanks,
Arun D.
