STM32F103XC Flashing Issue

Hi,

We are using ST-LINK/V2 to flash STM32F103XC, on our customised board.

While flashing we get issue 'Failed To Read CPUID'.

Ok, so probably issue with connections on your board, or how the chip is powered.
