What is the starting address of the 96-bit Unique ID on the STM32F030 processors? I cannot find this information anywhere in the reference manual or datasheet. Is this guaranteed to exist on the F0 series?

Some F0 parts do, the page for the

doesn't claim it has one, whereas the does. Bottom of the ''Key Features'' list. The absence inhttp://www.st.com/web/en/resource/technical/document/reference_manual/DM00091010.pdf
Chap 27, also would seem to confirm that it's not present/supported in your chosen chip. Would appear to be a purposeful omission.2015-10-20 09:08 AM
Hi derensis.thomas,
I confirm that the Unique ID isn't available for STM32F030x4/6/8/C and STM32F070x6/B (the ones covered by RM0360).Please note that STM32F050 devices were renamed to STM32F031 (RM0091). Tha's why it supports the Unique ID feature.-Mayla-To give better visibility on the answered topics, please click on Accept as Solution on the reply which solved your issue or answered your question.
