STM32F0 RS422 RE and DE mapping

I want to know how should i connect RE and DE pins to max485 via GPIO pin and how RE and DE pins are mapped to DB9 pin

Thank you all for replying and clearing my doubts.

I think i don't need TTL to RS232 and then RS232 to RS485 converter and voltage level converter to control RTS signal. I think all i need is MAX485 IC which i mentioned in my previous post...
