i am using STM32L073RZ NUCLEO board and it acts as master ,

now my master communicate with slaves through RS485

help me how can i achieve this?

RS485 is basically UART over specific hardware.

CubeMX might be useful to spit out an example to start with.

You need to implement whatever protocol your slaves require.
