STM32 gpio maximum toggling speed

I my project I need to toggle a gpio pin at 200MHz or more than this.

Which STM32 controller is peferable.

This is very high frequency, how about a clock generator then?

Using hw timer or mco pin, check for stm32 running at 200mhz speed or double....
