Hi!
I would:
reduce R2 from 10K to 1K to reduce the risk of spikes on the line.
insert a diode (like SS14) between +5V and C14 at the input of LM3480 to filter input voltage negative spikes.
anyway enlarge the capacitors around LM3480 to 10uF
replace LM3480 by MIC5235
insert resistors of about 330R before LED1 and LED2 else you kill either LED or GPIO pin.
