I advise to Microchip, to fire such a lazy instructor.
He should check it by himself, before teaching it to others.
Or, if he couldn't really get more than 640 Kbits/s (ie. 64 bytes/frame), he doesn't realize the relation of transfer-transactions. Not qualified for an instructor of USB course.

Realize the relation of Transfer - Transactions, first.
And then, you can write such a code by yourself immediately.
It's the first hurdle for USB beginners (and the instructor should teach it).
