Problem with STM3210C-EVAL Boot Loader on COM port

D1 is oriented correctly on the SM3210C board (just checked the schematic) BUT it'll only be useful if SW2 is in the 1-2 position and JP18 is shorted. In that scenario BOOT0 is pulled to 3.3V via R61 (10K) so taking ''Bootloader BOOT0'' low will cause BOOT0 to go low.

Ok you are right, but with this HW configuration isn't  possible to enter in ''System Memory'' boot mode, thath I think is the much used.

Sure it is. If SW2 is in the 1-2 position:

''Bootloader BOOT0'' = (low) 0 ==> normal mode

''Bootloader BOOT0'' = 1 (high/open) ==> bootloader mode

If you meant bootload into RAM then no you need BOOT1 to do that.
