Need Flash Algorithm for S25FL256S Flash Device or similar for STM32H743i

Hello all,

I am urgently looking for a Flash Programming Algorithm for the S25FL256S or S25FL512S Quad SPI Flash Device. This device will be used on a board with an STM32H743i processor. I use Keil as Development Environment and need a Flash Programming Algorithm for the ULINK / ST Link Programming of the system.

Alternatively we could use the MT25QL512ABA Device from Micron.

It seems that there is currently no Flash Algorithm available for Keil.

I tried to find a similar flash programming algorithm which I could use as a base to develop on, but didn't find something up to now.

Has anybody set up a flash programming algorithm for a similar or same device which I can hook to?

Any help very much appreciated!
