We are using an STM32 on a board, and have issues with its sleep current. Under normal 2 x AA voltages the system works well, but as part of our testing we take it higher. We have found the current draw on the STM increases rapidly above 3.3V, and also is a bit erratic
.I have verified the IOs are not floating, and measured the DC voltage on each pin at 3V and at 3.5V
Is this a known issue?
Is it possible it is date code dependent? (IC picture attached)
Any suggestions on solutions?
