Illegal address on stm32f3discovery in debug mode

Hi all,
I'm starting the debug with Keil uVision V4.72.10.0. Compile and programming is OK, but when I start the debug session the output window show the next error message:Internal DLL ErrorInternal command error
*** error 57: illegal address (0x08000000)I've set the target option as indicated in the

Have you tried using the Template project? Does that work?
Make sure not to use the ''ST-Link Deprecated'', that the Debug/Setup dialog shows it finds the device, FW version, SWD, etc. Make sure you've loaded current drivers (\Keil\ARM\ST-Link ?) It might be helpful to provide screen shots of your configurations.
