is here possibly anyone who has tried already to connect the STM32 I2S interface to a simple mono codec as NAU8810 / NAU8814 / WM8510 (which I think all are quite compatible on the software side)?
I would like to use some similar software as in the STM32F4 discovery audio playback recording demo. Just I have the problem that the CS43L22 codec is too complex for my application, needs to much PCB board space, and I anyway need only one mono output to a speaker, no stereo, no mixing with analog channels, no headspeaker output.
