I am trying to estimate how much memory will be used for running a program using STM32F103C8T6 (Arm Cortex M3) written in the Eclipse platform? Any help on this would be appreciated.

How big is it on your current platform?

It will be smaller than the same thing built on a Cortex-M0

And larger than if you built it with Keil
