@AZiub, you are not the first person to experience this with ST. They did the same to me.
ST should include the question of ownership of a needed item in the first ad for registration of a workshop. This way people with a dev board already do not need to go through this joke of having to either go buy or get dropped.
I have since then not bothered registering for ny ST workshop. I will not tell you what to do
