It seems to me that it is about time. But my problem is with waveforms. When you meet delay after always being high in the waveform, the high value drops for a while and then transmits the bit you want to transmit. Since there is only a delay function in the meantime, I am guessing that there is something disturbing the waveform in the delay function, and I wonder if this is right. If it is a factor that cannot be disturbed, I will further study it.
