Does STM32F427IIH7 support eMMC ?

We are using STM32F427IIH7 & we have interfaced it with ISSI IS21ES04G-JCLI eMMC using 4-bit SDIO lines. But we are not able to bring it up.

Does STM32F427 support eMMC or it can support only MMC?

Certainly should be capable of doing eMMC, not tried the ISSI parts myself, but have had SanDisk, Samsung, and Toshiba eMMC devices work over a number of STM32 models, including the STM32F4.
