I can't find general-purpose STM32 and STM8 under https://www.st.com/content/st_com/en/about/quality-and-reliability/product-longevity.html
Does this mean that ST gave up on that promise?

But even if ST does not renew the 10 year guarantee, ST should hold and publish the promises given and published in the years before...

Could that probably means that the ST web site be still under construction?

I don't know, but the risk profile seems to be expanding significantly as the number of parts increases. Micron at least scoped it to specific lines, and form/functional substitutions.
Here I see the production equipment (fab, test, encapsulation) can't be sustained endlessly, as replacement parts, costs, stock market and geo-politics are factors, let alone third-party risk for outsourced packaging, or unique technology.
What I'd perhaps prefer to see is some better/stronger guidance on designing for longevity, and perhaps that you might have to refresh the design over the life of a product to accommodate changes in part availability and pricing structures. For examples connectors may fall out of favour as a vendor using millions of the ones you've picked migrate to different ones, and the economies of scale change.

Dears,
We confirm our full commitment for the longevity program of 10 Years of production to our STM8 and STM32 Product series ( including first generations F103/F101 started in 2007) until an early notification which is not yet in the plan .
Cheers,

Hi @STOne-32 ,
Okay, but then why is this not publicly displayed on the web?

Okay so it is on the web as of today.
Thanks to the current idiotic javascriptoid design of the ST's web, I can't give a direct link. https://www.st.com/content/st_com/en/about/quality-and-reliability/product-longevity.html , click on "10 years", scroll down.

This stuff still seems to be broken, in Feb 2023

The risk surface continues to expand.. 4*PI*R**2
