''does anyone have already done this for GPIO?''

Done what, exactly?

''I need to transfer datas with USB and dialogue with the flash memory''

What does that have to do with GPIO (port A, Port B, Port C, Port D and port E) ??

A complex system that works is invariably found to have evolved from a simple system that worked.
A complex system designed from scratch never works and cannot be patched up to make it work.

sorry if i'm not clear. I wanted to be as precise as possible and it is the opposite...

I would like to know if somebody has already program the configuration register for the STM32F107 for all the GPIO (port A to E).
