arm-elf-objcopy.exe on Windowns 10

Hi,

I am trying to test the IAP exemple and I am having problems with arm-elf-objcopy.exe. Every time I run it it seems to enter in a loop where it creates new process non stop and freezes my desktop. Tried to run as administrator and in win xp sp3 compatibility mode but I always get the same result. Also tried with the -v option to get more info but nothing is showing up. I tried on another PC with win 7 and it worked fine. The problem is that I am not developing on that pc so it is not a solution.

Any other solution to generate the binary file ? Can I use the regular objCopy instead ?

Any solution / idea / tips would be welcome.

And where did you pull this file from, and what version does it report on the platform where it is does run properly?

There are several utilities that can convert .ELF files to .BIN, try one of those, or a release of GNU/GCC that works under Win10
