PC side or STM32 side?
I think there's a general assumption that people/companies involved in building CAN equipment have existing expertise in that field.
I wouldn't rely on ST to provide expertise beyond demonstrating basic CAN functionality at the MCU level, and using the built in loader with an ST-LINK/V3 and CAN usage via STM32 Cube Programmer.
Broader PC side, applications and drivers, would likely be the responsibility of the developer and there equipment / implementation choices.
