WORKS, but only after the command:
RCCEx_PLL2_Config(&(PeriphClkInit->PLL2),DIVIDER_P_UPDATE);
- it is not right..

I have the same problem with the STM32H743 using MC02 from PLL2.
Where do you add the RCCEx_PLL2_Config(&(PeriphClkInit->PLL2),DIVIDER_P_UPDATE);
Help would be much appreciated.

Have set this in the stm32H7xx_hal_rcc_ex.c file and works OK
