The current case:
1�?oscilloscope to detect normal send and receive signals on RX[0：1],TX[0：1]
2�?Interface with RMII mode
Can provide a RTL8201f initialization process code . be used as a reference。
Now I can receive and response ARP data But still unable to Ping the Development board network.
