I am trying to use a Nucleo IHM04A1 motor driver expansion board mounted on a Nucleo STM32F401. The virtual com port shows up in the device manager and I can select it from the ST SPINFamily Evaluation Tool software. However, when I try to connect to the board inside SPINFamily, I get an error: 'Failure on communication board (ErrorCode = 0xD00). Please check the USB connection.' (I am selecting the proper L6206 chip inside SPINFamily and using the most recent USB driver, STSW-LINK009.)
I have switched cables and confirmed the USB drivers work by loading different blink programs in mbed. What am I missing?
