ST-LINK V3Set COM LED is not turning RED upon connection. The COM shows no led but the power is ON. What could be the reason?

Did it work in this configuration before?

Have you done something that might have shorted it out or caused failure?

Try a different cable, charging cables won't work.

Does it show up in Device Manager?

no i bought it from ST a week ago and trying it for the first time.

i don't think is POWER LED of the debugger is green and I followed the manual to connect the 2 boards.

I have tried 4 different USB cables but yeah they were charging cables.

Thank you I will try another cable.
