is LCSC dot com a reliable supplier?

Today, i just noticed LCSC (a supplier for JLCPCB) has some STM32G030 and they are way cheaper than in mouser i bought

100+ for US$0.7436

I bought 100 of them in price of 1.19$, but this price is way lower than ST eStore itself.

Just.. how? Is it a reliable seller? Is there any price regulation for China?

I had to ask this because it supplies components to one of the biggest PCB manifacturer. So, if i want SMD assembly, they would probably use these chips.

There are definitely scammers taking advantage, and "too good to be true" is usually true.
