Hello, i want to measure the power consumption of STM32F767zi only MCU Part using X-NUCLEO-LPM01A. The step of manual says to "open the SB110" by default SB110 is ON what are the ways to make it open ? can we do it through wires or some jumpers?

If the hardware setup is preconfigured by default, you can just ensure as referenced in the user manual. Try this tutorial for further explanation.
STM32Cube tools in practice - STM32CubeMonitorPower in practice - YouTube
You need to port it to your board using F767. Are you using Nucleo-F767ZI or custom board?
