M24SR64-Y Antenna Design

Hello,

We recently designed an antenna patterns for  M24SR64-Y chip. As per the spec, the central frequency of this chip is centered around 14.2MHz, (Please correct me if my understanding is wrong). Thus we proceeded to design the antenna with STM edesign suite with 5uH inductance

The target inductance was set to 5uH, with 35u copper thickness and 1.6mm PCB thickness, For reference, I have attached the image below.

We recently got the antenna manufactured and found that the inductance of the antenna is around 5.6uH. 

We can communicate with the NFC chip. Here are our queries

1. We are not sure why we have shift in inductance value from 5uH to 5.6uH ?

2. What would be implication of this shift in the performance of the chip ?
