I'm doing motor testing on the IHM08M1 with 35V@1A yesteday . I found that the OUT3 path having very high temperature(~60C) during the motor running. After running for 30sec, the motor stops running and trigger overcurrent fault. I tried to repeat the test but it keep on trigger overcurrent. After some measurement, found that the mosfet STL220N6F7 Q10 is short between drain and source.
May I know why OUT3 path have such high temperature? As compare to OUT1(~30C) and OUT2(~45C).
