Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that a software package is replaced by another, better one. This is what happened with STSW-SPIN3201, which was a customized version of a part of STSW-STM32100.
But that's not really a problem, because the successor STM32 Motor Control Software Development Kit Rev Y (X-CUBE-MCSDK-Y) is definitely better positioned.
All relevant information can also be found on the website of the STEVAL-SPIN3201, e.g. in UM2154.
