I am wondering why VN7016AJ and VN5E016 have a difference in Short circuit current during thermal cycling.
1)
VN7016AJ : 32A Datasheet 11Page
VN5E016 : 18A Datasheet 10Page
2) Recommended for IPS Short: Is it auto-restart or Latch-off?
VN7016AJ : Configurable latch-off on overtemperature or power limitation with dedicated fault reset pin
VN5E016 : Overtemperature shutdown with auto restart (thermal shutdown)
3) How do I know if feedback is turned off with Latch? (
