Hi, we are using VIPER26LDTR in a non-isolated AC/DC converter with 220V AC line input and 16V DC output. Can we replace the chip with VIPER26K version without changing the circuit/PCB?
The K version has a MOSFET capable to withstand 1050V but apart from this the behaviour should be the same and the devices seem to be pin to pin compatible. Can someone from ST confirm this? There is a shortage of VIPER26 chip.
