Hello ierturk,

I don't know wether this is the reason of your problem, but from the scheme it looks like the boot capacitor is only 100pF which seemes to me to be a little bit low (consider that it musut keep the charge for two consecutive electrical steps).

Can you try with 100nF (or even more up to 1uF)?

May I ask you whether it is a sensored or sensor-less application?
