Test result data for 5V output device LDK220U50R

Hello Team,

We have selected part no: LDK220 and LDK320 with a SOT-89 footprint for one of our applications. We have referred to the complete datasheet, but we have not found the test results for 5V output category devices, like the voltage dropout of 5V 100mA with all operating temperature ranges.

Can you please provide the document or suggest any section where this kind of test results are available for reference?

The data sheets of LDK220 and LDK320 provides this information for estimation by the developer. In the case of dropout voltage, however, you will find identical specifications for both fixed voltage and adjustable voltage. From this, it can be extrapolated that the specifications in table 6, 7 and fig. 15 (LDK220) and fig. 14 (LDK320) also apply to fixed 5V. No further measurements are available for this.

just small query if its for all the fixed output voltages then why in the datasheet its only mentioned for 3.3V ?

Both came onto the market many years ago, when 3.3V was the common, most used voltage.
