SPV1050 SPICE model

Hi All,

we need t simulate the SPV1050 on LTspice, but the provided model generates the "Too few nodes" error.

Is there any specific version of LTspice required to run the model without errors?

Is there another spice software recommended for the model?

Thanks!

While this might be too late of an answer for you, it might help others. The library is encrypted and cannot be imported into LTSpice. You have to use Cadence OrCAD PSPICE (https://www.pspice.com/)...or maybe you can use other PSPICE engines I'm not sure. It's not cheap, but I've used OrCAD PSICE to simulate the SPV150 and so far the results have been pretty good.

Hai PMCDo.1 if you don't mind can you share a file about simulation using spv1050 using OrCAD PSpice? cause I try to do a simulation but I have still got error while doing this simulation using spv1050
