I want the specific Ron data corresponding to different VGS values (e.g., 8V–15V) when the MOSFET switch SCTWA70N120G2V is in the linear region.

the SCTWA70N120G2V is manufactured using a technology, which, due to its structure, is targeted for switching applications. If this transistor is nevertheless operated in the linear region, there is a significant risk of hotspots forming in its drain structure, which will lead to avalanche-like destruction of the transistor.
