LM3424 waveforms? DemoBoard

Hi, i tried LM3424 demoboard and adjust to me purpose. All works perfect, but when i design my PCB and i put all the components, the waveform and the efficiency of the system changes, the waveform of the transistor on the drenator pin is differents between the demobaord and my pcb. The components are the same. The demoboard "AN-1969 LM3424 Boost Evaluation Board" have some production speciality? Because my pcb is so similar at demoboard, so the difference between txo PCB only is the material of the PCB, or the production type or something like that.
