I had referred to the colleagues from OLS because they sometimes have information that is not in the data sheet. For your specific question regarding a SEE analysis the LDCL015, that was apparently not the case, probably due to the classification of the LDCL015MR as an industrial and not a rad-hard device.
I am afraid that no satisfactory answer is possible to your question.

Thank you, Peter.
Based on your reply, I'm going to take that there is no radiation assessment done on LDCL015MR.
What about the Type of technology used, Technology Feature Size details?
Best regards,
Aarthi B

Usually we do not publish technology type or feature size for devices like the LDCL015MR, as this information is not required for standard applications and is confidential.
If you have a justified need for such data (for instance, for a specific high‑reliability), only the ST’s Online Support (OLS) is able to provide that information. Subject to internal approval and probably an NDA, more detailed information may be shared through that channel.
