I am planning to turn on the chip really slow, around 0.5s, so the current going through the internal MOSFET is going to be small. The input voltage is about 24V, i do not plan to use external MOSFET. so the issue is, I do not see SOA of the internal MOSFET, can you share. or from the RJA as 40c/w, I can have 2.5W on this chip(suppose ambient 75c). But is there a time limit? for 0.5s could this long time burn the chip?
