I think GP refers to the facility or line involved in the testing/packaging, I think 6Q is the diffusion facility.

I don't know if this part was produced prior to 2013, you'll need to do your own due-diligence on that.

Components placed on a board could help determine a viable date range, and perhaps manufacture date for PCB or PCBA
